Overview

01

Yourcall is an agentic voice platform for travel and hospitality: an AI concierge that answers, acts and advises across voice, WhatsApp, email and chat, in 21 languages, wired straight into a hotel's PMS and CRS.

It answers for names like Corsica Ferries and LVMH. A voice that speaks for brands like those can't sound, or look, like a developer tool, so I gave it an identity with the polish of the hospitality it represents.

My role
Owned

Created the full identity, from the mark to the investor deck and landing page

Scope

The entire visual system, applied across every surface

Influence

Reframed the category cliché into a luxury positioning

The problem

02

Voice AI has a house style, and it's cheap: a purple gradient, a sound-wave logo, "AI" in a safe sans. That look is forgettable in a pitch and unthinkable in a five-star lobby. Yourcall sells to luxury hospitality, some of the most taste-obsessed buyers on earth. The brand had to clear their bar, not the category's.

the real bar. A brand a five-star hotel and an airline let answer their guests has to look the part, not like another API with a landing page.

Research & approach

03

I began by pulling the category apart: dozens of voice-AI brands, all interchangeable, purple gradients, a sound-wave logo, "AI" set in a safe sans. That mapped exactly what to avoid. But Yourcall doesn't pitch developers, it answers the phone for luxury hospitality, Corsica Ferries, LVMH, five-star hotels, so the bar wasn't "look like tech", it was "belong in a five-star lobby". Instead of the category's purple slop, I went blue and made it precious: a confident Atlantic blue on a light canvas, an iridescent chrome mark cut like a jewel, Bricolage Grotesk for warmth, one idea carried identically from the brand book to the fundraise deck and the landing page.

  • Category teardownI mapped the voice-AI house style, purple gradients, waveform logos, safe sans, to pin down exactly what to run from. Then I weighed it against the real buyers, luxury hospitality, not developers.
  • Own the blue, make it preciousEveryone ships the same purple slop. A confident Atlantic blue on a light canvas, an iridescent chrome jewel of a mark and a characterful grotesque read as luxury instead.
  • One system, every surfaceMark, palette, type and motion were set once, then applied identically across the brand book, the investor deck they raised on, and the landing page. A voice-AI startup that could stand in a five-star hotel lobby without flinching.

Design decisions

04
Yourcall, design decision 1
The mark

A jewel, not an icon.

An iridescent chrome asterisk, six tapered blades refracting blue into violet, so the agent carries a crafted signature instead of the category's default waveform. Modeled in 3D and set into full-page renders, it drives the hero as you scroll.

Yourcall, design decision 2
The palette

Own the blue. Make it precious.

The whole category ships the same purple gradient. A confident Atlantic blue on a light canvas, warmed by a characterful grotesque, reads as luxury, not as tech.

Yourcall, design decision 3
The voice's face

Give the voice a form.

The agent gets an iridescent sphere for a face: something you can watch listen, think and speak, so an AI on the line still feels like someone, not something.

Yourcall, design decision 4
The deck

Take the brand into the raise.

A custom fundraise deck built on the same system: the chrome mark, the Atlantic blue and the grotesque doing the work slide after slide, so the story investors read looks like the brand five-star hotels already trust.

The screens

05

One system, everywhere.
